This policy explains what information We Moving Co. (“We Moving,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit this website or request a move, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to price, plan and complete your move, and we do not sell your personal information.

• Pickup and destination addresses, property type, home size, stairs and elevator details.
• Your requested date, arrival window, crew size, specialty items and any notes you add.
• Anything you tell us by phone, text or email while we plan your move.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, IP address and the pages you visit, which our hosting providers record to keep the site running and secure.
• A temporary, anonymous session identifier stored in your browser so your quote request can be submitted securely.

Address suggestions

When you type an address into our price builder, the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest matching addresses. Google’s use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

3.How we use it

• To calculate your estimate and confirm your date, crew and arrival window.
• To contact you about your request and your move by phone, text or email.
• To review specialty items, plan access at each address, and complete the work.
• To keep records of the move, payments and any claims.
• To protect our website and customers from fraud and misuse.
• To improve our services and meet legal obligations.

4.Calls, texts and email

When you submit a request, you agree that we may contact you about that request and your move using the phone number and email you provide, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. We will not send you marketing messages without your permission, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by calling (210) 953-6399.

5.How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• With service providers who host our website and database, provide address lookups, or help us communicate with you. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
• With our crew members, so they can plan and complete your move.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our team or others.
• As part of a sale or reorganization of our business, under the same protections described here.

6.Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage that is needed for the site to work, such as keeping your quote session secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can clear browser storage at any time in your browser settings, although parts of the price builder may not work without it.

7.How long we keep it

We keep move requests and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services, handle claims, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8.Security

Requests are sent over encrypted connections and stored in a database that is not publicly readable. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to plan and complete your move.

9.Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.

10.Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
