It uses the same numbers we do: home size, stairs, packing, crew and travel. Your final bill follows the actual time on move day, so we show a realistic low and high. Specialty items like pianos or safes are reviewed and priced separately.
Do I pay anything to book?
No. Booking online is free. Once we confirm your date, a deposit equal to your crew's first hour (plus the travel fee, if there is one) holds the spot, and it comes off your final bill.
What's included in the hourly rate?
The truck, furniture pads, stretch wrap, floor runners, dollies and equipment, plus loading, driving and unloading. The clock covers the crew's working time, with a three-hour minimum.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, especially near the end of the month. We can often help sooner, so send a request and we will tell you what is open.
Can you just pack, or just load my truck?
Yes. Book packing on its own, or labor only if you already have a rental truck, container or pod. Both are options in the price builder.
Do you move pianos, safes and other heavy items?
Yes. Add them when you book and your move lead will review the item, the access and the equipment needed, then confirm the price before move day.
What if my dates change?
Tell your move lead as soon as you know and we will find the closest open window. Our Terms of Service explain how deposits work if you need to cancel.
